Honestly one of the best places I stayed in all of Southeast Asia. The vibe is incredible — pool table, live music, and Peter and Pookie make you feel like family from day one. The Sunday roast at Risky Business is an absolute must. I extended my stay by a week.
Perfect location for exploring Ao Nang. Everything is walkable — the beach, the boats to Railay, restaurants. The room was spotless and the staff were incredibly helpful with booking island trips and car rental. The food at Risky Business is genuinely world class for the price.
Came for one night, stayed for five. The social atmosphere in the garden in the evenings is unreal — met so many great people. Pookie's food is something else entirely. Fresh, delicious, and ridiculously good value. This place has its own special energy that you don't find everywhere.
